ResumeForge AI sells export access on a pay-per-use basis. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available.

General Policy

Because export credits are digital products and access is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once a credit has been successfully added and made available for use.

When a Refund May Be Considered

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as duplicate charges, a verified technical failure that prevented delivery of the purchased export credit, or another billing error caused by the service.

When Refunds Are Generally Not Available

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction with self-entered content, dissatisfaction with generated wording after export access was successfully delivered, or loss of browser-tied credits caused by clearing cookies, clearing site data, using private browsing, or switching browsers or devices.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email anthony.l.gilbert09@gmail.com and include the purchase date, the email used if applicable, the browser used, and a description of the issue.

Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
